It is the policy of Fountain Brook Apartments L.L.C. to uphold all Fair Housing Laws and not deviate from these policies.
Lease Terms: three, six and twelve months lease available.
Lease Deposit: $200.00 refundable, $100.00 non refundable ( which includes the application fee ).
Pet Fee ( Non-Refundable): $500.00 25lbs or less
Application Fee: Included in deposit
Occupancy Guidelines: two persons per one bedroom apartment four persons per two bedroom apartment
Age: all applicants must be eighteen years of age or older.
Income: proof of income is required and income must be a minimum of three times the monthly rent.
Employment: stable and verifiable employment is required.
Rental History: good rental history or mortgage history is required.
Credit: good credit is required. Fountain Brook uses Choice Data to obtain applicant credit screening from Equifax Credit file with Beacon.
Co-signer: a co-signer must qualify by the same criteria and must live in the State of Georgia.
Roomates: each person must qualify and pay a deposit
Picture I.D.: is required to view an apartment. All money transactions to be paid in a check, money order, or cashier’s check.
Before completing a rental agreement with Fountain Brook apartments each applicant must agree to our Policies and Fee statement and will be required to sign and date this statement as part of the Fountain Brook Apartments L.L.C. application for residency.
